Don Dorsey is President of Enviro Shield. Don graduated in 1964 from Texas A&M University and went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin School
of Law from which he graduated in 1967. He is a practicing attorney with 40+ years experience and is Board Certified
by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law and Civil Trial.
Having grown up in West Texas in the oil and gas industry with his father, Don
has many years of experience in all phases of drilling, production and management in the oil and gas industry. With his
extensive background in law and business, together with his personal knowledge of the oil and gas industry throughout the
years, Don brings a unique insight and approach to Enviro Shield's development and lease acquisition goals in today’s
oil and gas marketplace not commonplace with other companies.
Vice President, Administration
Joyce is Vice President of Administration for
Enviro Shield. Joyce has 40+ years of working experience, the past 40 years of which has been exclusively
in the legal industry working for attorneys. Her experience has been wide and varied having worked in
the legal fields of business organizations law, insurance and securities law, private placements and commercial
loans, bank holding company/banking regulations law and litigation. Joyce has been a legal assistant for 25+
years, was admitted to the State Bar of Texas Legal Assistants Division in 1996, and has worked closely with Don
for 15+ years. Joyce's experience as a paralegal combined with her unique capabilities of organizational
and management skills developed throughout the years complement and complete the management team of Enviro Shield.
